If you want to make sure you are using the right format for uploading your Order files, you can personalize and download a template directly from your Viamente account.
Please note that if you want to use your own files, it is anyway a good idea to compare your Excel spreadsheet to our Excel template. In fact, it is important that the way each column is named matches Viamente's standard naming. For example, if in your file the address is named "customer location" and not "street/address", the system may not recognize it.
You can create and download your template in a few simple steps.
Click on Add Orders and then on Upload a list of Orders. After the template generator opens, select only the fields that are relevant to your scenario. Note that you can also choose a single-field or multi-field address format.
After you have created your personalized template, click on Download your template and save it.
Please note that by checking the box "Skip this step from now on", you can avoid opening the template generator every time you click on Upload a list of Orders.
