Click the Deploy button, lock your Route Plan and share the optimized routes with your Drivers.
When you Deploy a Route Plan, all routes get locked and you cannot modify them nor edit Drivers and Orders anymore. This way, you can safely share the planned routes with your Team.
When you switch to the Deploy mode, all the buttons and control to edit a Route Plan disappear and new buttons appear instead:

- Send Routes via email
- Export Routes
- Print Directions
If you want to modify the Route Plan you can always click Modify and go back to the planning mode.
Remember that you can also store a copy of your Plan with a different name (for future modifications) by clicking Save a copy.
Send Routes via email
With the Viamente Route Planner you can send by email the optimized Routes to all Drivers with one click.
They receive a link with online Maps and turn-by-turn Driving Directions, along with every other piece of information relevant to the Orders you have scheduled for each of them.

- A Map with a Route overview (satellite, map, hybrid, terrain)
- The ordered and scheduled sequence of Orders
- All the Order fields you imported (like Addresses, Name, Time Windows, Load Requests, ...)
- Any custom field (like Invoice Nr. or Order Nr.)
- The Expected Times of Arrival at each Order
- The Time Drivers will Depart from Orders after service
- The Starting Time and duration of a Driver's Lunch Break
- The Turn-by-Turn Driving Directions
If needed, you can of course print turn-by-turn directions or you can choose to download Excel/CSV files and save them for seamless integration or future reference.
Receive a Route link with a Smartphone
Today Internet is mobile and your Drivers can tap the Route link on their iPhone, Android, iPad or Blackberry devices. The Viamente Routing Optimization software is cloud-based and allows you to send the Route Plans directly to your Driver's smartphone.
